• ORDER REVISIONS/CHANGES

Once you have placed your order and received your design proof you are given only (3) revisions, changes or a new design with no extra charge. TO RECEIVE ANY EXTRA CHANGES after the (3) revisions limit you will then be charged an additional fee of $5 per update. ONE REVISION (Color, Placement, Photo Change,etc) Turn around time (2-3 Business Days)

• HOW THE TURNAROUND WORK

If you order after 7PM CST, the business day will begin on the FOLLOWING business day. Turn around time starts once all information is sent and payment is received. 

Business days do not count weekends or Holidays.

• RUSH FEE / QUIKER TURNAROUND

In the case your in a rush we offer a faster turnaround time frame for clients, for 24 HRs this option is available for single service orders only unless specified by designer. Rush Fee varies depending on the type of service you purchased. HAVE A SPECIFIC LAUNCH DATE? Highly suggest Informing designer before booking so that you will be accommodated accordingly.
